IBV Nexus is being designed to connect credible community causes, registered charities, sponsors, volunteers and practical support. This page describes the intended programme; it is not yet accepting public donations.

Education, enterprise skills, practical training and pathways that help people build sustainable incomes.
Controls before fundraising opens
Each campaign will require an accountable organisation, documented purpose, applicable permissions, a defined financial pathway, clear use-of-funds information, progress reporting and a closing or renewal decision. Sponsored or fundraising content will be labelled, and IBV will not imply government endorsement.
Propose a community partnership
Registered organisations, sponsors and community leaders may introduce a proposal for review. Do not send beneficiary identity records or banking details by ordinary email.
