Early-access notice · 14 September 2026 · Invest-in Building Visions PTE LTD, trading as IBV Nexus.

What this release provides

Public information, authenticated member profiles, business applications and a catalogue intake gateway. IBV registration does not replace legal registration or licences. Payments, bookings, loan decisions and automatic social publishing are not offered in this release. External providers set their own terms.

Information we collect

When you save a membership, we store your sign-in identifier, email, submitted name, optional town, email-update preference and terms version. Business applications store your submitted business details and ownership association. Merchant feeds store catalogue records and update times. We store hashed integration keys and review records. Do not upload sensitive identity documents or financial credentials here.

How information is used

We use it to provide your account, process applications, maintain listings, protect access and administer support. Approved business contact details and catalogue fields become public. Pending applications are restricted to the applicant and authorised reviewers. Member emails are not public directory fields. Optional marketing permission is independent of membership and can be changed by editing your profile.

Storage and your choices

Records are retained while needed for the account, application, service and related legal or dispute obligations. Contact info@ibvnexus.com to request access, correction, export or deletion; we will explain any records that must be retained. Hosting and identity services process data to deliver this platform. IBV does not receive your ChatGPT password. Do not use this early-access registration for children.

Business responsibilities

Submit only information you are authorised to provide. Keep prices, availability, contacts and licences accurate. By submitting business content you permit IBV to store it and display approved public listing fields to deliver the directory. You retain rights to your content. No fee is charged by these registration forms; paid services require separate agreement.

Reviews, advertising and verification

Publication approval is not a guarantee of quality, solvency or official endorsement. Sponsored placements must be identified. IBV can restrict inaccurate, unlawful or impersonated listings. You may request correction or appeal a decision through support. No automatic public penalty points are active.

Official and emergency information

Official links are supplied for routing and do not imply partnership. Source-check dates are not guarantees of live availability. Contact emergency services directly; IBV is not a dispatch authority.
